WPI has continued to expand over the years to become an established and respected provider of quality global loss adjusting and risk surveying services for a growing international client base.

From our Head Office in the heart of the City of London, we provide our clients with extensive experience in the handling of international assignments, on occasion utilising our global network of approved Strategic Alliance partners throughout Europe, Africa, Middle East, USA, Latin America, Far East, New Zealand and Australia.

Our Experience

Our Experience

Our personnel have lived in and worked extensively throughout Europe, Africa, The Americas, Caribbean and Asia-Pacific regions. We provide Insurers with:

Knowledge

We have successfully handled numerous major losses in various, sometimes challenging, territories and circumstances. We understand the sensitive nature of major losses. Communication with all parties is imperative.

Quality

We do not just get the job done but ensure that it is given the required priority and resources it demands. Technical excellence combined with quality and timely reporting, reserving and final adjustment is our trademark.

Speed and efficiency

As we do not, routinely, deal with general business we are not encumbered by large caseloads and are, therefore, in a position to not only respond immediately in the event of a major loss, but ensure that the loss is given the required personal care and attention throughout the claim life cycle.

Problem solving

We are happy to become involved in cases that have gone astray for whatever reason and get them back on track to conclusion. We are in a position to work with the existing parties acting on Insurers' behalf or take such cases over if Insurers so require.
